Pastors Joe and Kirsten Tuttle have been in ministry for over 10 years, and have a passion to see people come into a real relationship with Jesus Christ. Joe and Kirsten were married in 2003, and have two amazing children, a daughter named Avery, and a son named Pierce. The two of them served in youth ministry in Vancouver Washington, for seven years. In 2006 God led them to move to Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho with Pastors Jonathan and Raydeane Owens, to be part of the Church plant for Heart of the City Church. For eight years they served as the Youth Pastors, Outreach Coordinators, and Kirsten led the Worship Team.

During that time God began to place on their hearts the vision of planting a church in Phoenix Arizona. This vision began to become a reality in 2014, as Heart of the City Church sent them out as their first official Church Plant. Joe and Kirsten believe that God has a purpose for each person, and want to see people reach this purpose. This purpose comes to past as people step into relationship with the only one who can give us true purpose, Jesus Christ. It is through meeting the real Jesus, and letting him become part of your life that you find your identity, destiny, and freedom. Pastors Joe and Kirsten have a heart to see families restored, the broken made whole, the lost found, and the rejected find their place in Christ.
